As a part of Just In Time (JIT) production technique, the firm has made tie-ups with spare-parts manufacturers whose production is entirely consumed by us either for manufacturing of machines or for resale. Our relationships with the spare-parts manufacturers have helped us to reduce our inventory costs and hence allow us to pass on the benefits of both, low costs and quality products, to our clients.
